4th Annual Halifax Independent Filmmakers Festival - April 12-17th 2010

The Halifax Independent Filmmakers' Festival (HIFF) is dedicated to the exhibition of film and video as art, in a noncompetitive festival setting free from commercial and industry agendas. Focussing on the short film as a form of expression and on Canadian artists, this year's 4th Annual HIFF will take place from April 12-17, 2010.

HIFF continues to present to a dedicated and growing audience 6 days of film and video screenings, performances, artist talks, and live events - with over 80 films and 20 stand-alone events to be featured this year.
